My thanks to Jason Bolinger and the rest of the crew from the Iowa-based PRESCRIBED FILMS for allowing us to showcase their horror send-up: 'Legend Has It.' Part comedy, part horror film, part zany nonsense, 'Legend Has It' was an ultra low-budget pseudo-slasher with loads of potential - some great one-liners, and plenty of ambition. Plus it was made in Iowa (go Cyclones!) As a film-buff who grew up in the middle of all that corn, I can appreciate the imagination and ingenuity it takes to create a film there.
